Yogodo is a healing laboratory that focuses on movement, position and massage techniques. 
Its goal is to connect people with their physical and emotional bodies through these techniques. It is based on a holistic approach to health, where the body, mind and emotions are all interconnected and balanced in health and well-being.
The workshop is a way for people to learn to work with their bodies in ways that improve their physical and emotional health.

I am a certified instructor with 18+ years of practice and 9+ years of teaching experience in Hatha Yoga and Acro Yoga.
I am also a certified, Thai Yoga massage, Thai Royal style, Full Body Oil massage and Foot Reflexology massage operator with 7+ years of practice experience.

Yogodo a Bologna è un laboratorio che si concentra su tecniche di movimento, posizione e massaggio.
Il suo obiettivo è quello di connettere le persone con il loro corpo fisico ed emotivo attraverso queste tecniche. E' basato su un approccio olistico alla salute, dove il corpo, la mente e le emozioni sono tutti interconnessi e bilanciati in salute e benessere. 
Il laboratorio è un modo per le persone di imparare a lavorare con il proprio corpo in modo da migliorare la loro salute fisica e emotiva.

Sono un istruttore certificato con oltre 18 anni di pratica e oltre 9 anni di esperienza nell'insegnamento di Hatha Yoga e Acro Yoga.
Sono anche un operatore certificato di massaggio Thai Yoga, stile Royal tailandese, massaggio completo con olio e massaggio di riflessologia plantare con oltre 7 anni di esperienza pratica.
